In our modern world we have access to so many different foods and drinks from all over the world, sometimes it is hard to find the balance. The art of healthy living is to keep our eating and drinking simple with good quality food and drinks.

It seems like we are programmed to eat every time there is food on the table, like an old instinct telling us to pick up food just in case, for the bad times. We face the risk of overeating but still being undernourished, starving while getting fat. More ’primitive’ populations, who only eat in moderation, are healthier and even live longer than other populations.
