• Are you tired, flat and lacking energy?
  • Do you sleep a deep sound sleep?
  • Do you assimilate the nutrients in your food?
  • Do you get rid of your waste+ – how is your liver, kidney and digestive system working for you?
  • How is your circulation? – How is the quality of your blood?
  • Are you plagued by hormonal and mood swings, PMS, menopause? Andropause?

A Medical Health Check-up reveals your Personal Health Profile analyzing your daily diet, vitamins and minerals, lifestyle habits, eventually supplemented by blood tests, urinalysis, meridian test, comprehensive stool and hormone analysis.

At Vitafakta Health Clinic we focus on Health. This is quite different from the focus on disease and how to avoid, combat and “get rid of it “taught in the traditional western school medicine. We focus on how healthy you are and finding strengths and weaknesses so that we can make recommendations for you to optimize Health, Vitality and Wellness.

Your Personal Health Profile concentrates on the following nine areas:

  • Digestive System
  • Blood and Heart
  • Lymphatic & Immune system
  • Nervous system
  • Hormones
  • Skeleton
  • Enzymes
  • Skin
  • Energy Balance

Let a Medical Health Check-up and Your Personal Health Profile be a step towards a healthier and happier life.

Digestive System:
How is the degradation of nutrients, absorption of nutrients? The elimination of waste products? What happens in the different sections of the digestive channel?

Blood and Heart:
The first and most important task for the blood is to transport oxygen and nutrients to the cells and then carbon dioxide and waste products from the cellular metabolism. How are your blood vessels? Blood pressure? And heart condition?

Lymphatic System / Immune system:
The flow in the lymphatic system is dependent on muscular activity in arms, legs and diaphragm as there is no pump like the heart is pumping the blood. How is your lymphatic flow? And how is your immune system working?

Nervous System:
Here we put the electro-chemical impulse transfer in the nervous system under scrutiny. What is the level of neurotransmitters and fats? Consider transfer of signals, coordination, balance between the sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous system?

Hormones:
Building juices and secretions, control of metabolism, growth, stress levels, fluid balance, relaxation level, fertility, libido, and sex drive.

The skeleton:
How are the bones and the cartilage? Strong or weak? Osteoporosis? Focus on minerals, anions and cations.

Enzymes:
There are different kinds of enzymes: for example, body enzymes, food enzymes and digestive enzymes. .

Skin:

The skin is the body’s largest organ. As the outer skin and the inner skin – the mucosa layers in the digestive channel derive from the same “surface” – most obviously when there is a skin disorder – we take a look on the digestive channel. The exterior skin reflects the “interior skin”.

Energy Balance:
How is your energy? Are you a slow starter? A quick starter? Are you best on short intense “sprints”? or on the longer distances?. Do you use sugar for quick energy? Find your energy balance with the right food and supplements.
