Welcome October

The Journey Within 21 – 28 October. 7 days with depth cleansing and healing. Get into your essence, feel and experience change …. for life. Your life is your message. We all have different life themes. Many of us are stuck in old survival patterns, limiting convictions and blockages, for example, that we would rather die than give up, or rather leave for not being let down or we keep attracting certain people or situations being exploited, not being seen or listened. When we get into what it’s about, see it, listen to ourselves and feel it, we’ will have the chance of a better and more fulfilling life. We work with the physical, body, emotions and food.

Velkommen oktober

Rejsen til dit Indre del 2, 21. – 28. Oktober.

Ready to be astonished?

“Always Already Loved” is the title of Peter Bastian’s latest and last book. A gem, one of the rare of the kind that can be read over and over again. There are many layers in the book, which is the essence of Peter Bastian’s life and perseverance.

Peter Bastian was a physicist and musician. In recent years, he had been sick of leukemia and perceived every moment as a gift, a mixture of being newborn and convicted of death.Where modern spiritual traditions are about meditating to obtain love or being virtuous to it, about love as something that deserves, Peter found the unconditional love. He found PEACE where he felt “always already loved”. Love just was there, whether he was good, diligent, or not.

Forundringsparathed

Time for a change

“It was summer; in the middle of the day; in a corner of the garden”…
The perfect time and place for reflection and immersion. I have been around for 55 years and for many years I have been Travelling in Health. I have been to many places, experienced many things and learned so much. It has included a wide range of initiatives, which hopefully have benefited all those who have come to the clinic, at our various lectures, workshops and retreats.

Balancing stress

Stress is basically a natural thing. There is healthy and unhealthy stress. It’s great to mobilize “the entire crew” and run in order to reach the bus, score a goal in football, climb to the top of the mountain or spend an extra hour at work, getting things done, for a while. It is quite normal and a natural part of our physiology.
However it is prolonged unresolved stress that is unhealthy. We can be physically pressured by too much work, pain, accidents, illness or trauma, not to mention mental stress, worries and emotional imbalances. Each of us is comprised of many layers that affect us in different ways. Here is an example of how stress can affect us and how we can re-dress the balance in our lives.

Dying to be me

Recently, I re-read Anita Moorjani’s book “Dying to be me” published in 2012. Her book really made an impression on me.
In 2006, the author suffered a near-death experience that made her see life in a totally different perspective. The doctors had basically written her off, feeling certain she would never make it out of the coma she was in, after suffering with severe lymphatic cancer for over three years. Her lymph nodes were large as lemons, and her vital organs were closing down fast. Anita describes her experience as being in another dimension where she has the unique experience of being offered the choice to return to life or not. She saw the clarity, insight and purpose of her life. She decided to return when she felt that “heaven” is not somewhere – but a state. This led to a remarkable healing.

At dø for at leve

For nylig genlæste jeg Anita Moorjani’s bog ”At dø for at leve”,“Dying to be me” fra 2012.
