Chaos as we experience it in this time, is not coincidental or random, it is part of a metamorphosis, transformation to a new order.

We are cleaning on multiple levels in this time, and all the anxiety and chaos sorrounding us may seem coincidental. If we choose to perceive the current situation as a fraction of a larger metamorphosis transition, then the chaos is necessary and a natural step on the way to something different and better.

Throughout this necessary chaos we need ”chaos pilots”, or actually, ”compassion pilots”. In this newsletter we will take a closer look at the metamorphosis, the transition with two of my favourites inspirators, Bruce Lipton and Anita Moorjani on board.

In september 2019 I attended a talk by Bruce Lipton called “The Turning Point”. Bruce is a cell biologist and author of the book “The Biology of Belief”, a groundbreaking work on epigenetics, the science of how feelings and thoughts impact our lives.

It used to be common knowledge that it was our genes and DNA that controlled our biology. Bruce has covered the connections between body and spirit, between the physical and the consciousness which has opened the doors to a new perception of life, which can activate miraculous and self healing powers.

The talk “The Turning Point” was about the shift in the consciousness of humanity and particularly regarding the situation we currently are in. Bruce explained, in his typical humorous fashion, about our civilisations and the concept of God throughout time. In the past the paradigm was that all living creatures, rocks, stones and fauna had a spirit.
People of nature have lived as such for thousands of years.

The next era was the collection of Gods: One for all animals, one for the flowers and trees etc., as a sort of organisation into genres.

Then began the era of having one God, (which was not even living on earth but was living up in heaven) who created and decided it all. (We sense the sense of humour here :)

Next the spirit had a tough time as materialism took the throne with consumptions, growth, greed and profitability. We are currently at the end of this era. Bruce mentioned back in September 2019, that there would be major changes over the next decades. Less than six months later, the world paused and we are met with a strong wake up call for a collective shift in consciousness and a new civilisation.

This consciousness shift can be compared to the metamorphosis transition from caterpillar to butterfly. A caterpillar’s sole purpose is to eat itself fat. Looking at the imagery, the factories and economy are thriving. This aggressive appetite and growth leads to using all the plant’s leaves and resources after which it pupates. In the pupa, the production of caterpillar cells are set out of the workforce, and the otherwise well organised ‘society’ starts falling apart. The caterpillar has fulfilled its part in the transition and follows the next inevitable step: Death.

There is chaos and wild disorder, which appears coincidental if you look at the cell structure of the pupa, however this is definitely not the case.

Chaos is the creative magical field, where outer frames are broken down to make space for new possibilities.

An internal power and spark is lit and the beginning transition to the butterfly takes place. The butterfly grows and matures and once it is ready it breaks out of the pupa, folds out it’s wings and flies out into the new life.

Metamorphosis is hereby completed. See more here in Bruce’s video about chaos and transformation:

For me it gives hope in these uncertain and fragile times, knowing and feeling that we are in the middle of a chaotic period in the metamorphosis. Many old economic, political and healthcare paradigms are broken down and falling like houses of cards. Observing this necessary breakdown WITHOUT judging or falling for the trap of naming “right or wrong”, is the art of the compassion pilots. Here I find uplifting inspiration with Anita Moorjani, the author of the book ‘Dying to be me’. She has been on the other side of a near death experience and now happily shares her spiritual insights.

This is from ‘A Global Meditation’ from March 21st 2020

“We are light beings, pure conscoiusness, pure life force energi, who you really are, the God force in you, a piece of God, that has chosen to express it self through your physical body. You are life force energy and has no limits, you are beyond time and space. You need to know this and belive this, you always did, but maybe did not know.

Feel how you are a beautiful powerful spititual being, who has chosen to be here right now to uplift this planet with your beautiful energy. Your only work is to keep your self upliftet, that is all, your only work is to be fully who you are, which is a beatiful life force energy, and just by being that, just by being how powerful you are, you are helping uplift he planet, realize and feel how easy that feels.

It does not demand more of us. Being ourselves, listening and feeling the inner messages and calls. Our existence and light makes a difference. It is mostly who we ARE and less about what we do. We are all one and all is connected. We are surrounded by the same breath. Be nature, enjoy and sense it, a flower, a tree, a deer, a blackbird reminds us who we are on the cellular level. Feel with your heart. We ARE nature and can therefore in the new world not be anything but in harmony with nature, Mother Earth and listen to her heartbeats. Here is the fertile ground for compassion pilots. From this we take action. We navigate not only with control and logical thoughts, but with the ability to let intuition and spiritual intelligence advise us. We keep the intention of a healthy, harmonic and loving world. In confidence with the metamorphosis and the becoming of the butterfly, we expect the unexpected.

Take care, hold on and stick together
A ho’
